Once pastors submit their Information Profiles, the Coordinator of Coaching will match them with a coach.
If the match is determined to be a “good fit,” both pastor and coach will receive a Covenant which outlines the responsibilities of both parties.
At the end of their participation, pastors are requested to complete a Coaching Ministry Evaluation.
A pastor is responsible for contacting his or her coach at least once a month, and the coach is responsible for listening effectively, asking good questions and making helpful responses.
